Shipping

Everything ships from Multan, packed by hand — paintings between foam board with corner protectors, sketches flat in a rigid mailer, crochet folded in acid-free tissue. Orders within Pakistan usually arrive in 7–10 business days; international orders take 12–20 business days depending on customs. You'll get a tracking number by email once your piece is on its way.

Every piece is painted, sketched, or stitched by one person, so delivery can occasionally run a little past the estimate above — I'll always email you if that happens.

Paintings and sketches can be shipped framed for a flat add-on, selectable on the piece's own page before you add it to your basket.

Custom orders ship as soon as the piece is finished and payment is confirmed — see custom order terms for the usual timeline.

Returns

Every piece here is one of one, so orders are final sale once placed — there's no second copy to send as a replacement or exchange. If a piece arrives damaged in transit, email me with a photo within 48 hours of delivery and I'll sort out a repair, replacement (for made-to-order pieces), or refund. Custom orders follow the cancellation terms in the custom order terms.

Caring for paintings

Keep out of direct sunlight and away from damp walls. Dust gently with a dry, soft cloth — never a wet one. Oil pieces can take a few weeks to fully cure after arrival, so handle corners and edges rather than the painted surface during that time.

Caring for sketches

These are unframed paper, so they're the most delicate pieces in the shop. Frame behind glass as soon as you can, keep them flat until then, and avoid humid rooms — paper ripples before it tears.

Caring for crochet

Hand wash cold in mild detergent, gently press out (don't wring) the water, and lay flat on a towel to dry, easing it back into shape as it dries. Avoid the dryer and direct heat — wool loses its memory fast.
