Deposit

A 50% deposit is due before work begins, with the remainder due once the piece is finished and photographed for your approval, before it ships.

Timeline

Most custom pieces take four to six weeks from deposit to completion, depending on size, medium, and how many requests are ahead of yours. I'll give you a rough date when your request is confirmed, and check in if anything changes.

Revisions

You'll see progress photos along the way. Small adjustments (color, framing, composition tweaks) are included; a full rework after the piece is finished is treated as a new commission.

Cancellations

You can cancel before work begins for a full refund of your deposit. Once painting or stitching has started, the deposit covers materials and time already spent and isn't refundable — but I'll always try to make it right if something's gone wrong on my end.

Ownership

The finished, paid-for piece is yours to keep, sell, or gift. I retain the right to photograph it for my own portfolio and shop unless we agree otherwise.
