What I collect

When you place an order, I collect your name, email, phone number, delivery address (including any delivery notes you add), the items you're ordering, and your chosen payment method and reference number, so the order can be shipped and matched to your payment. When you send a custom order request, I collect your name, email, and message so I can follow up. If you tick the email list checkbox at checkout, I'll also use your email to send occasional updates about new pieces — that's opt-in and separate from your order. That's it — no accounts, no passwords, no tracking scripts.

Your basket and wishlist

Items you add to your basket or wishlist are stored only in your browser (localStorage), never sent anywhere until you actually submit an order. Clearing your browser data clears them too.

Where it's stored

Order and custom order details are stored in a secure database used to run this shop. They're used only to fulfill your order or request, and aren't sold or shared with anyone else.
